Terms of Service

The service
RanexisAR builds custom Snapchat AR try-on lenses to order. You supply
product images and product details; I build lenses and return working
Snapchat links and Snapcodes.
What you must have the right to send
You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, every product image,
logo and brand asset you send. Do not send material belonging to someone
else. If a rights holder objects to something you supplied, the build
stops and responsibility sits with you.
What AR can and cannot guarantee
AR runs on a real device's camera and processor, so some things vary
by device and environment rather than by how the lens was built.
Before ordering, please understand:
- Performance varies by device. I test on agreed
target devices, but cannot guarantee identical speed, tracking
quality or visual fidelity on every phone, in every lighting
condition, or on every network.
- Facial tracking is not phoneme-level lip sync.
Mouth movement, expression and blinking are driven by whatever
tracking the lens technology supports. I do not promise exact
A/E/I/O/U mouth-shape accuracy on every word.
- Hand and object interaction is a separate feature.
A lens that places an item on you (a ring, a bag, a hat) does not
automatically let a viewer grab, touch or move it. Interaction
(gestures, taps, hand tracking) is only included when it is
explicitly part of what you ordered.
- Occlusion is not automatic. A necklace sitting
correctly behind hair, or a sleeve passing in front of a bag,
needs its own tracking work and is scoped per project, not
assumed by default.
- Face, body, hand, footwear and environment tracking are
different techniques. Which one a lens needs depends on
what it does, and that is set at the brief stage, not changed
after the fact for free.
- Try-on is a digital approximation. For jewellery,
eyewear, footwear and apparel, AR shows how a piece reads on
camera, not an exact physical fit, weight or material.
- Custom character or creator-head builds reproduce visual
characteristics, not an identical copy. How closely a
generated character matches a reference photo depends on the
source material and the underlying lens technology's limits.
If something above matters to your specific build, say so in your
brief and I will tell you plainly whether it is possible before you
pay, not after.
Rights, content and scope
- You confirm you have the necessary rights to everything you
supply: product images, logos, brand assets, 3D models, and the
likeness of any real person shown. This includes any reference
photos used for a custom character or creator-head build.
- Any music you want included must already be properly licensed for
the use you intend. I do not clear music rights on your behalf,
and may ask for proof of licensing before adding a track.
- Every lens must be able to comply with Snapchat's own Community
Guidelines and content policies, including its 13+ audience
suitability requirement. A concept that cannot comply will be
modified or declined before I start building it.
- If a lens is meant to be used as part of a contest, giveaway or
other promotion, tell me upfront. These carry their own rules
under Snap's platform policies and need a quick review first.
- What is built is whatever is agreed in your brief and any written
follow-up. A feature not mentioned there is not included by
default, even if it seems like a natural extension of what is.
- Once a lens is live, anyone who uses it can save and share the
Snaps they make with it. I cannot control how that content is
later reused or redistributed by the people who create it.
Who owns the result
Once paid for, the lenses are yours to use commercially, without limit and
without a licence fee. I keep the right to show finished lenses as
portfolio work unless you ask me in writing not to, in which case I will
not.
Delivery
Three-lens builds are delivered within 24 hours of receiving usable
product images. Ten-lens agency builds run about a week. One round of
changes is included in every build.
Payment
Payment is taken up front through Razorpay. Nothing is built before
payment clears. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Snapchat's rules apply too
Lenses are published on Snapchat and are subject to Snap Inc.'s own review
and policies. A lens can be rejected or removed by Snap for reasons
outside my control. If that happens I will rework it to meet their
requirements at no cost; if it cannot be made compliant at all, you get a
refund for that lens.
Limits
I do not guarantee any particular commercial result (sales, engagement
or reach) from using a lens. Liability for any claim connected to this
service is limited to the amount you paid for the build in question.
White-label work for agencies
On the agency plan, lenses and decks carry your branding and my name
appears nowhere in the deliverables. You are free to resell at whatever
price you choose. Your client relationship is yours; I do not contact
them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to
the courts of Chhattisgarh.
